Windows 10 and the lies ;)

I've seen plenty of lies about Windows 10 recently - from the Microsoft will stop you using pirated software to the Microsoft is spying on you lie. It's quite simple - they DO use information to help them target you for ads etc. and they DON'T block pirated software but may in the future. As software moves towards becoming services rather than paid for in full this thing will happen more and more. I don't expect evryone to like this, but I'm pretty sure that most people will roll along with it.....

Win 10 upgrades and issues

Well Windows 10 appears to be a solid upgrade for the majority of people but there are still some niggling bugs about. If you still want to take the plunge my backup and install service is still available for a limited time at £25 per machine! Anybody want to take advantage then please CONTACT me ASAP as this offer will not last for ever. Be aware that due to the Windows 10 upgrade being dependant on server and internet speeds this can take 2-3 days

Windows 10 released

Windows 10 is now available, anybody with a valid Win 7+ licence can install it but beware you will need to use either the Windows Update service or do an upgrade in place to get your product key if you need to do a clean install at a later date! Of course if anybody wants me to do a backup and then install it to be sure I'm offering a full service of pickup and collect and return for £25! It's a limited offer though so please contact me for further details!
